A lot of people doesn’t like MySpace because it doesn’t look that great. I partly agree with them. The “basic” MySpace doesn’t look really professional, or at least, nice. There is a lot of different colors everywhere, different font size, different colors for links.

At least, you can customize your profile and that’s what those people in this top ten did, and they did it well. From the funny to the good looking profile, here is my top ten MySpace profiles without a specific order :

1. Rob Vocke
The first profile is some kind of “I miss my NES” thing. It looks like an opening screen from an old video game… with the exception of staring a guitarist that makes us a finger… :S Anyway, still funny !

2. Nyukin
Nyukin is 17 years old (well that’s what is written on his profile) and made that great looking MySpace page ? Well, BRAVO !

3. Mr Crown Royal
Jesse AKA Mr. Crown Royal (where does this nick name comes from anyway?) is 21 years old, married and has children… and he made a really good looking MySpace profile with keeping all the basic functionalities and some of the original colors of MySpace. You really have to give him credit for a nice looking profile that still looks like MySpace !

4. Lucio
Lucio is 18 and has some fantastic design skills. I must say it’s my favorite MySpace profile to date. I’m kind of “keep it simple” guy and this profile is just that : Great simple layout. Nice job.

5. Mike D.
Mike Davisdson made a great job with his MySpace profile. Also, he was kind enough to post how he did it on his blog. You can get some great tips from his page, so if you want to customize your profile, I encourage you to read it.

6. Drew Smith
Drew managed to make a nice simple profile (a bit dark for my taste but still really nice). He also had some great ideas like adding some contact informations (ICQ, MSN, etc.) and some nice little publicities (freightalicious and the other banner) .

7. KG
Kenia G. is a 21 years old designer. I really love her MySpace profile and in particular the header with her logo (I must say that her picture is nice too! ). You can also look at her designer profile here.

8. Justin Tadlock
You can’t ignore this MySpace profile when you make a top ten… “What if the facebook team had created MySpace?”

9. Johnsee
Honest and original way of saying that you moved to “facebook” ! Funny !

10. vnvnation
I just like this logo and the clean layout style.

Make your own minimalist MySpace layout :
